## Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with design and backend teams to build the next generation of our marketing automation platform — fast, accessible, and beautiful.

## Job Responsibilities

**Build and maintain our core UI —** Own the frontend architecture and deliver pixel-perfect implementations of complex interfaces.

**Collaborate with design —** Work closely with designers to translate Figma mockups into production-ready components.

**Drive performance —** Optimize page load times, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility across the entire application.

**Lead code reviews —** Mentor junior developers and establish frontend best practices across the team.

## Qualifications

**5+ years of frontend experience —** Deep expertise in React (or similar), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind preferred).

**Performance mindset —** You care deeply about load times, bundle sizes, and the user experience.

**API integration experience —** Comfortable consuming REST and GraphQL APIs and managing complex client-side state.

## Bonus Points

- Experience with Astro, Next.js, or Vite
- Background in design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion)
